The RIAS BERLIN COMMISSION conducts its American programs in cooperation with the Radio Television Digital News Foundation and several renowned Schools of Journalism.

Radio Television Digital News Foundation (RTDNF)
RTDNF is a non-profit journalism training institution which promotes excellence in electronic journalism through research, education and professional training. Its programs are supported entirely by tax-deductible contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations. It is affiliated with the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA), an international professional association founded in 1946 to serve the needs and interests of the electronic journalism industry and news professionals. The association, together with the Society of Professional Journalists, organizes an annual convention, the EIJ (Excellence in Journalism), where topical U.S. media issues are discussed.
